Lost 2.2 lbs so far :woot: Avg caloric intake is around 1900, still too high but god I love food. The tracker shows I won't make 175 until Dec but I think that has to be wrong.

Semi regular updates to be posted in this thread to keep me on track. :buttrock:

One week and I'm down 5.5. I still need to get on the site and track my calories, but my workouts are really going well.

I didn't weigh in today cause I didn't go into work. I'll post my stats tomorrow.

I was thinking we should start a more "official" type thread with your information about everything that you sent me via PM or something.

Forgot to update yesterday.

20 days in:

Start weight: 198
1 week ago weight: 193.4
Today's weight: 189.6

Total lost: 8.4 lbs

Avg cal intake: 1809

4 weeks in for me.
Start weight: 210
Last week: 204.5
This week: 201.5

Total weight loss: 8.5

still haven't used the calorie counter yet

So I finally set up my calorie count account. I'm targeted to be down to 180 in November, if I can stay under 1836 calories a day. Yesterday was my first day attempting that, and I failed. :( Ended up with 2200 or so. But I'm okay with that because I had like 1400 calories before I even started the account and tracking it.

I'll do better today, but man, I'm already really hungry!
